How credits are spent
New accounts start with 20 free credits — enough to draft a 4-credit storyboard and inspect visual keyframe previews. Video is billed per second in the same credits, so rendering a film means topping up; the product quotes the exact remaining cost before checkout.

Storyboarding costs 4 credits, each AI-drawn character reference costs 2 credits, and each keyframe costs 2 credits. Seedance 2.5 video is priced by resolution and length: 12 credits per second at 720p or 22 credits per second at 1080p, both with native voiced audio. A typical 8-second scene is 96 or 176 video credits; the preview shows the exact total before you pay or render.
Yearly plans are billed once a year and save you ~17% compared to monthly. Credits are granted monthly throughout the year, just like a monthly plan — so you always have a steady supply and never end up burning through 12 months of credits in one weekend.
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Yes — on subscriptions, unused credits roll over every month you stay subscribed: each renewal extends the expiry of your remaining subscription credits to match the newest monthly grant. If you cancel, no new grants arrive and your remaining subscription credits expire about a month after the last renewal. One-time pack credits are separate and stay valid for 1 year from purchase.
Major credit and debit cards. Payment is handled on our payment provider's own secure page, so we never see your card details, and any applicable tax is calculated from your location and shown before you confirm payment.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
